A few weeks ago, we transitioned from a single EX2K3 server to a clustered SCC two node EX2K7 mailbox server with another EX2K7 server hosting Hub Transport and CAS roles. Transition was extremely smooth, but last night i upgraded my ISA 2004 Server to SP3, and todayafter users input their username\ password for OWA's FBA page, a second dialouge box pops up asking for the username\ password again. After that, they access their mailbox just fine. Anyone know how to avoid the redundant login request? Any help would be greatly appreciated...

from msexchange.org If your ISA Server is configured to pre-authenticate your OWA users, you must change the Authentication method for the OWA virtual directory under Server Configuration > Client Access in the EMC to basic authentication, since its configured to use forms-based authentication by default.
