Hi,I have a singular Issue that is taking my mind out of control, I have a structure of PDL that have a delivery restriction(message restrictions , only from: user1, etc), this corporate PDL have sub - pdls that are distribuited by organizational locations ( a sum of all the users inside these pdls are around 20 k users), the Issue is that some users are not getting this corporative emails, users from the same PDL receive those emails and some of them dont get the email. We have found around 10 users with this problem, no outlook rule that delete, no restrictions on their mailboxes, We have move the users to a different Store, We have check all the attributes from an user that receive and their attributes and all are the same, no restriction at all, the Pdl are not hitting the top for pdls that is around 65 k users. the SMTP on all the server have no restriction for this, We have tested adding a test mailbox on the same Distribution List and the test mailbox are getting this emails, The only thing not performed is recreate the accounts. I am wondering if someone have had this kind of issue on the past, and have a clue what is the Root cause for this strange Issue, thanks in advance for comments and possible troubleshooting proceed that I have missed.Best Regards,

Hi Amit,Yes, We have made the track and the user dont get the message, and PDL is Primary Distribution List. sorry for themisundestanding on theNameof the Distribution Groupname, the funny thing is that users on the Same Distribution Group get the emails,Regards,Andrey,
