I know the below link but i a m looking for complete WRT to the servers wise 2010 or 2013

Powershell is an entire ocean and its difficult to restrict per server wise for Exchange role perspective

Better to start learning from basics because its difficult to remember all the variables  :)

As Sathish mentioned, there are a large number of powershell cmdlets available, and its difficult to get a list together or all of them in one link. 

You don't "download exchange cmds".  I assume this is why Sneff gave you a downloadable help reference.

Please read all the links posted above before you continue to complain about the responses you've been given.

From your description, you need all the Exchange 2013 cmdlets. There are too many cmdlets, such as:

Active Directory cmdlets, Anti-spam and anti-malware cmdlets, Client Access cmdlets, Cmdlet extension agent cmdlets, Email address and address book cmdlets, Federation and hybrid cmdlets, High availability cmdlets, Mail flow cmdlets, Mailbox cmdlets
