E Mail Template in Outlook 2010
I cannot seem to be able to choose a template for use as a signature. In earlier Outlook versions in the Signature dialogs I could 'Use this file as a template' and browse to a pre-formatted html signature on my hard drive. This option does not appear to be available in the 10 Beta.

You could browse to the existing HTML file, open it in Internet Explorer and copy and paste its contents into the Signature editor.

Hi Simon,
I tried above solution but the signature appears differently (not well aligned, different font, colours etc) in outlook than in Internet Explorer. Do you have any ideas or suggestions about how to solve this?
Kind regards,
Kees

Try pasting the signature you want into Word, tidying it up there and then copying and pasting that into Outlook. You have more tools available to you in Word than you have in Outlook's Signature Editor.
