Hello Everyone I just started getting the following event id pop up on my windows 2003 standard exchange 2003 server.SP2 Source:MSExchangeIS Mailbox event id: 1025 An error occurred on database "First Storage Group\Private Information Store (SERVERNAME)". Function name or description of problem: EcCategorizeMessage Error: 0xfffffa14 I get 2 to4 of these events in a row. There are no other event ids that I can see tie into this. Has anybody come across this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! cheers Barry

Are your users experiencing any problems receiving mail or opening messages? When I have seen this error mentioned, the recommendation is usually to run ISINTEG on that particular database. Large databases can take time to run this, so you need to schedule an outage. Here is what I would do: 1) Run a full backup 2) Dismount the mailbox database 3) Run ISINTEG -FIX -Server SERVERNAME -Test AllTests See if that fixes the problem.

I forgot to mention, if you see a lot of errors during the ISINTEG process, you probably want to run it again another time or two until all of the errors are cleared out.
