Definitely not an Exchange question but you go into Windows Update, go to the list of installed updates and there should be an option to uninstall updates, including IE9.

I have a HP Compaq, about 3-4 years old with Vista. I recently changed IE 7 to IE 9 with horrible results, how can I switch back ???
