Hi, Edge Server will never work with any other role. when you will start setup of Edge it will grayed out every thing accept admin tools. Regards. Hi, I did not read any article about it nor deployed it yet but I think it should work because transport architecture is same in 2007 & 2010. Also will request MSFTs to correct me if I am wrong. Hi Elie, Sure, if it is a coexistence senario, you could do that, but the edge server must be exchange 2007 sp2 or later version. But you'd better not install the exchange 2010 mail system, and then deploy the exchange 2007 edge server. Regards! Gavin
