I want to subscribe an Edge Transport in a Physical VLAN (that belongs to ad site xxx) different from the VLAN (site yyy) of the Hub Transport.

Hi Rafael,
Based on my experience, one or more Edge Transport servers can be subscribed to a single Active Directory site. But every Edge Transport sever cannot subscribed to
more than one Active Directory site. So it is possible for you to let another Edge Transport subscribed to the Hub Transport in AD Site A.
You can know more about this from the following documents:
Understanding Edge Subscriptions

Subscribing the Edge Transport Server to the Exchange Organization

If anything is unclear, please feel free to let me know.
