Hi Gang, Is there perhaps any insight into what ediscovery capabilities are being embedded into Exchange 2013? If there is are they good for these purposes? Or should we continue persuing 3rd party vendors for this function?

There is some public information that can be found by searching, but until RTM, that is about it. I would download the preview and also consider attending MEC if possible.
