Email (Outlook.com)

I'm not able to save the receipt for the emails that i have sent out and it tells me that i need to clear out some of my emails in order to save them but i need to keep all of my emails how do i move my emails from outlook.com to a different storage device so that i am able to remove the emails in my account thus creating more space on the email account.

Hi,

It depends on what device you have.

If you have Outlook client and have the Outlook.com account configured in it, we can simply create a .pst file in Outlook, then move your Outlook.com emails to that .pst file.

If you don't have Outlook client in your scenario, I suggest you contact the Outlook.com forum for support:
