I ran Exchange 2010 for many years and all my email address policies were created in Exchange 2010. I've since upgraded to Exchange 2013 and I am now attempting to create additional email address policies.
From the EAC I start the address policy wizard, naming the policy, choosing my address format, apply it to Users with Exchange Mailboxes. My issue appears when attempting create a final rule based on recipient container. From the 'select an organizational unit' dialog I am expecting to be able to browse my tree and select an OU. Nothing appears. I can't even type in the domain and container because the OK button never allows me to save the input.
Why might Exchange 2013 be unable to produce a list of the containers in my AD?
