Email Address Policy and deleting email addresses
Hi all, We are doing a revision of the email addersses for our users, and we want to delete a specifict email for example name.surname@contoso.com and leave only name@contoso.com and the email addresses that we addess manulay to the user for expalme usernickname@contoso.com . Is there a way to do this with a policy, as I understand when we applay a new policy all the previous email that were added by the policy (and the ones that were added manualy) are deleted and the users get the new email addresses from the new policy? Is that right? Is there a way to specify that the policy should only delete the name.surname@contoso.com emails and leave the rest as it is, or do we have to do it with powershell? Tnx, in advance!!!

When EAP is applied new email addresses are added but old ones are not deleted. If the email addresses which u want to remove have some specific pattern then you can remove those email addresses using a powersehll script in bulk though, e.g. you want to remove all email addresses which belong to a domain 123.com.
