Email Box
Hello,I have set up an inbox that is accessed through Microsoft outlook by going to File Open Other Users Inbox. All allowed users can access the box. But when we go to reply or send from this box it comes back with "You do not have permission to send from this user." I have check all the permissions and they are set up to allow for this. Anyone have ideas as to what is going on here.Please Help.Thank YouB

Hello,Did you give Send on Behalf of or Send-As permission to the user on other mailbox which you configured in outlook? To send mails or reply from other users mailbox, person need either of these permissions.Which version of Exchange do you use? Hi,It seems that the user didn't have the send as permission.Please understand that the send as permission is different from Full access permission. Refer to the article as Amit provided can help you understand this issue.ThanksAllen
