Email Deleted from Outlook even after read
if log files not yet shipped to passive node before failover this would happen. However failover will not succeed if copy queue length/replay queue length is more than 15. Kottees : My Blog : Please mark it as an answer if it really helps you.

Hi,
I came across strange problem yesterday. One of my vendor whose email is hosted on office365 send me an email, i read that email and every recipient of my organization read that email. Today it is not showing in our mailbox. All 5 recipients are unable to
view that email, it is not even in deleted items. I checekd message tracking and it is showing mail is getting delivered to us and we read it as well. How come the email is deleted.
Let me add that this email arrived around 1:45 pm and around this time my CCR cluster was in failover state manually by me and during failover replication got failed. So i had to return it to active node back. After this, replication of all DBs got suspended
and i had to re-seed all DBs on passive node. I was getting event ID 2056:
The Microsoft Exchange Replication Service was unable to perform an incremental re-seed of the passive node for the clustered mailbox server 'Mailbox\Executives' because the log files on the active node have diverged too widely from the log files
on the passive node. A full re-seed of the passive node for this storage group is required. Re-seeding can be done by using the Update-StorageGroupCopy cmdlet in the Exchange Management Shell.
Is this the reason of that email lost? Hasan

Hello Hasan,
There are no ways of deleting emails on all the users mailboxes until unless you would do it by manual or policy.
Is this happening for all the mails which you are receiving from the same recipient? If not we can say this would have happened by failover.

No it is not happening with all email, just that email which got deleted from all recipients mailbox. The send send another email later on and it is still there.
How come mail is deleted by failover error?? My DB was mounted and working fine just replication failed.
