Hi All, As it's close to XMAS our users have too much spare time and love to SPAM to our DL's Is there a setting we can apply which will limit them sending to the DL say 3 emails per day per user? Thanks Josh

Josh, There is no way on which this can be implemented in Exchange 2010 with it's available tools and settings. But you may also try some third party solutions to monitor the emails sent/per dayRegards from ExchangeOnline
