Email Missing on exchange 2003
Hi
One of our clients have exchange 2003 set up and it is working properly however one user was unable to send and recieve emails this morning so they restarted their computer but after restarting their email have gone from their outlook (set as exchange) and
OWA, I have checked under sync issues and deleted Items but have not found anything. I have checked under exchange manager and can see 147 item on the mailbox??
Please advise
Regards
Mahesh

If it's not showing in OWA, it's not there. Are you sure maybe his outlook wasn't configured to download to local pst? If you open outlook, right click the mailbox, properties, folder size does it account for the 147 items?James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

Hi mvaghji,
How about the folder size of the Mailbox in Outlook?
Please check whether the mails are in the Deleted Item Recovery on the
Tools menu.
But I think maybe you have to recover the mails for the users at the moment.

Hi mahesh,
Could you please try to use ExMerge to find the items?
