Would like to know why the SMTP addresses dont match??
SMTP: darren@cottrellpaper.com
X400:c=US;a= ;p=CottrellPaper;o=Exchange;s=Costanzo;g=Darren;
smtp;darren@cottrell.com
We are having and issue with our Blackberry setup where our email only works if we setup using cottrell.com instead of our correct domain address of cottrellpaper.com
We can not get any reply emails from emails which are sent from blackberry

Some version information would help here.
Are you using a BES?
If Exchange 2003, does the domain exist in recipient policy?
Of course the real problem is using a domain internally that on appearances doesn't belong to you.

What’s the error information in the NDR, if the sender gets one?
Does the issue only happen when send mails from blackberry?
Does the issue disappear when send mails via OWA or outlook?
Please compare the headers information between un-reply-able message and reply-able message
