Email Stuck???
We are running Exchange 2003 and have Ninja Email Filter. Last week, one of our users tried to email pictures from her work email to a personal email. She said she received multiple emails from Ninja regarding the email not being sent. Since then, she has deleted the email from her Sent Items and her Deleted Items. However, Ninja blocks 3 emails every 16 minutes regarding this one email. In the Ninja Console, it states a filename of ATT*****.eml and the reason is <sender> Maximum number of embedded emails. This is causing us problems because we have been blacklisted once already (we are assuming it is because of this).
We scanned the users computer for viruses and found nothing. I did an Advance Find in her Outlook to see if there was anything hiding regarding this email and there isn't. The Queue on exchange does not show anything either.
Any help on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Sounds like that Ninja is silent and deadly.--

It seems that the issue is related to Ninja Email product, does the issue disappear after disable the filter? If so, please use Sunbelt’s “VIPRE Email Security for Exchange” forum which would be the best place for this questionJames Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
