Email Stuck at Outbox
One of the user informed me that he did mailbox housekeeping. His Outlook local data show below limit while server data still show over limit. When user did check he found that his server data was fulled with email stuck at outbox (server data). This email stuck was not appear at local data. I ask him to wait for outlook synchronization, however after 24 hours, still his outbox (server box) still have email stuck. This cause him unable to send/receive email since exchange will send notification that his mailbox still over limit. Please guide me to clear his outbox(server data)

I will ask administrator will ask for queue viewer and they are run on exchange 2007

I'm asked user to check on webmail. User found that there are alot of email stuck at outbox (OWA). After delete it, he able to send/receive mail. I'm not sure why in outlook, it did show as no mail stuck at outbox(local data) while in server data (MS Outlook) and OWA, it has show.
