Hello, We have a user who has reported that the email template send using Outlook 2007 is always lying in 'Outbox', until deleted. The message is recieved by recipients, but it never moves to 'Sent Items' folder. The problem is with most of the users using using 2007 and with some on 2003 as well. Please help. Thanks in advance

An Outlook 2007 e-mail message remains in the Outbox after you have moved it to a personal folder in Outlook Web Access http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948984/ Meanwhile, please consider below directions: If these user are using outlook cache mode, please uncheck and test again. Please check whether OWA has the same issue? Please check if there some rule which direct sent message to the outbox folder. -Jason
