Email address policy
Hello all,i have a problem creating email policy in exchange 2007. We have a few users who has 2 second name or surname. Example from AD properties:First name: FirstLast name: Second1 Second2Now i would like to have for users with 2 second name mail in next mail format:First.Second1-Second2@domain.comIs it possible to create such E-mail address policy in Exchange 2007? I cant find right syntax to get - between second name because they are in the same field.Thanks.Peter

Hi,
I do not think we are able to create such Address Policy unless the last name is Second1-Second2.

Hi,
Can't you use the %r to replace the space with - ?
The policy could look like: "%g.%r -%s@domain.com"
This would create an email address of Firstname.lastname1-lastname2@domain.com
