If it is a general issue (all emails from your domain arrives to junk email of different gmail users), you can reach Google and report problem with message: https://support.google.com/mail/contact/gtag_headers?group=hijack_spam&vid=1-635761830562884543-3038011536
It is mostly used as an alternative way how to report spam, but I think, that you can report false positive this way as well.
