Hi, In my environment we use Exchange 2003 and outlook 2007. The email with .xls attachment send to my mailbox, but the attachment is missing. I did some testing to send the email to both my exchange and hotmail. The result is like this: Hotmail Email received with attachment, mail size 300kb OWA Email received without attachment, mail size 300kb Outlook Email received without attachment, mail size 10kb Please help!

Exchange 2007 has attachment filtering, that might have an impact to incoming email - please check http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124399(EXCHG.80).aspx M.
