Hi 

I have an user whose email crashes when they create the email from an application.  Ie using the "email as attachment" function in office 2013 products or other applications. 

Does anyone know why this could happen?  

The OS is Windows 8 with Office 2013 Standard.

The error received is :

outlook error: The operation failed because of network or other communication problems. Verify your connections and try again.

Hi,

Delete HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{00020906-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}key from the registry editor and also add Regsvr32.exe %Windir%\System32\Ole32.dll in the system registry.

After this, to complete the repair process use Detect and Repair in Outlook.
