Hi, does anybody know why i would be getting email delays in exchange 07. they seem to be delaying in sending and receiving in outlook 2003 and 2007. but when i use owa they pop up instantly. they appear in outlook days later. any ideas of what to do or where i can check to resolve this?

Hi, If you see the mails in OWA they are delivered to the mailbox. Problem must therefore be on the workstation. Are the users using windows XP with firewall enabled? If yes they need to allow access for the exchange server. Leif

ive checked and the firewall has allowed access for the exchange. i aslo have a few users on macs using entourage with the same probs. ive tried taking the cache mode off but that doesnt seem to help. would you recommend doing anything on their profiles or the actual exchange?

No they cant see anything new even if changing folders. this is only a recent problem.

it just sticks at 50%, i thought about recreating the profile?

Any more ideas on this??
