Email in Exhange 2007
I am running exhange 2007 and I have a user who has a unique problem. She is able to send and recieve email correctly but each time she recieves one she gets a duplicate email that shows it as failed. Does this make sense? I have checked the connectors
to see if her email is being fowarded to any other location and have yet to find anything. If anyone has any thoughts that would be great.

Hi,
You need to check the following:
1. Check whether the same messages has the same message ID
2. Check whether OWA has the same issue
3. Check the result after cleaning the outlook rules
4. Check the message using Get-MessageTrackingLog
5. Check whether there are 3rd party add-ins
