I have a SharePoint list having a list of names that keep on changing (its a list of people interested in a particular topic, and people can subscribe/unsubscribe at their will). Can a create an automated emailer list, that can email to all the names included in that SharePoint list? i.e., can i have an email ID, say List_of_Interested@domain.com which automatically keeps updating based on the SharePoint list, so that i just need to email to this ID, and it automatically sends mails to all the people listed in that sharepoint list? I would post in the sharepoint group, you're trying to get sharepoint to function as a listserv. It might take some dev to work to parse the email addresses on the site to send mail. Hi, Please try to startup a new thread in forum for sharepoint to get better help. Personally, I think you may try to create contact list in sharepoint and then sychronize to outlook. We may need to use script to mail-enable these contact. Thanks.Xiu Zhang TechNet Community Support
