Email notification not showing
We are now using Office 365 Outlook (web mail).  I have gone into the options and checked to have a notification appear whenever I get an email, but this does not happen.  Can you tell me why, and how to fix this issue?  Thanks.

Hi,

As you mentioned both Outlook and web mail, I need to confirm: Are you using Outlook from the Office suite, or web based email service?

If it is Outlook client, I also want to know what Windows version you are using, if it is Windows 8 or Windows 8.1, make sure the notification for Outlook has been turned on.

Note: The notification will show only when both the alert in Outlook and this notification in Windows for Outlook have been turned on.

Hi Lori,

This is happening to every email coming in or only for some. Have you checked in a different browser.
