Email sent from external account

I have a specific problem i have a user with Mailbox internally mails can get to the user
where as sent from external account to this user message bounce with an error
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
Delivery to the following recipients failed.

Dear
Exchange Version is 2003 and Outlook2003 The problem is only for a Single user.
I deleted the account and re-created the problem still exists. Internally mail is delivered
from hotmail etc it bounce back with error as shown above in bold

OK,
So if i send email to you@yourdomain.com it gets in but if i send it to problemuser@yourdomain.com it does not. Is that correct? If so, that would eliminate issues related to firewall and Exchange configurations.
After the "Delivery to the following recipient failed" there is more, can you post the reason.
Does the user have enough mailbox space? Does the user have any restrictions? Is there another user with the same alias? Is the user's alias correct?

User newly created and suffice mailbox storage limits no restrictions no other user with same alias exists in org. i created secondary smtp addr even messages are bouncing.RASA
