Emails don't update in Outlook

Exchange 2013 on-prem.

My Outlook 2013 doesn't update emails suddenly.

When I manually update the emails, still dosn't work.

So I try to re-paire the profile, however it shows up doesn't connect to Exchange server.

When I try to re-create profile, my domain account and mailbox address detected automatically. However it still in disconnected status.

Then I try to re-create profile manully, I collect the MBX server GUID in the old profile, copy and paste. Still disconnected and cannot create new profile.

OWA works well.

I suspect there is something wrong between my Outlook and Exchange Server, maybe this is a connection issue.

Any suggestions?

Thanks and Best Regards,

Mavis

Hello,

There can be multiple reasons behind. Can you tell me know, if you are connecting the outlook over internet? If so, test the same with www.testconnectivity.Microsoft.com and verify if everything is perfect

Philip is right, check account and connection settings for your Outlook profile.

Hi Mavis,

Have you done a migration in your environment? Please also confirm whether the issue happens to some users or all users.

If there is an mailbox migration, please create a new mailbox in Exchange 2013 and confirm whether the new user can connect to Exchange server with Outlook client to narrow down the issue to the server side or user account side.

If the issue only happens to some pecific users, please contact your administrator to run the following command to get mailbox GUID:

Get-Mailbox -Identity User | FL ExchangeGUID

Fill the Server Name with ExchangeGUID@domain.com to setup account manually in Outlook to have a try. If it doesn't work, please install the latest Outlook update and check whether the issue persists:
