Hi

My client is running Exchange 2013 server with different version clients Outlook 2007/2010/2013. 

A particular user's inbox is acting weirdly, incoming unread messages are looking like DRAFT with the option to Discard or send the message when it hasn't been read or interacted with by the user. This affects both Outlook and OWA. The system has been working fine until couple of weeks ago.

Few other users are working fine without issues.

I have recreated the profile on different machines but still persists.

Your help and ideas are much appreciated.

This users mailbox may be corrupted.

I suggest to repair this mailbox to check this issue.

New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox Username@contoso.com -CorruptionType FolderView,ProvisionedFolder

If this doesnt help, please try to move this user to another database to take a test.
