We use Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003. The user also has a Blackberry.Message tracking is enabled on Exchange 2003. The final Event is stating SMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered Locally to Store to email address.When the user opens Outlook, the email is not there. Any ideas what could cause this problem?

Hi,Have u checked the following.Check in OWA?Any forwarding enabled on the mailbox?Check in blackberry?-V

We think this has been resolved.We believe the problem was due to the Junk Email filter permanently deleting the email.
