HI, You can use below Command in Exchange managament shell Get-User OrganizationalUnit DOMAINANME/OUNAME | Enable-Mailbox -Database SERVERNAME\DATABASENAME Replase Domain name ,OU name ,Servername and database as your matches Regards Chinthaka

Since you need to give external email address in Enable-MailUser cmdlet and it should be dynamic for all user, it would be better to use csv file by putting all external email address in it and make all users mail enabled.
