One thing that is being requested is to be able to view memberships of who is currently in a Dynamic Distribution Group. I understand that the membership is calculated when the e-mail is sent, but I'm at the point where a custom 3rd party solution would even work for us. Even with the caveat of knowing the the nature of a Dynamic group means that it could change at any moment would be fine with us, it's just so supervisors can see who they are e-mailing. It doesn't have to be through Outlook, it just has to be accessible to the end user. If anyone has any hint of a solution I would be grateful.

It doesn't have to be through Outlook, it just has to be accessible to the end user. Your users would need to have Exchange Permissions and the Exchange Tools (EMS/EMC) available to view the members of the Dyn Group(s). Propably not at all what you want, but there's no way to get this information in Outlook and/or OWA and I don't know of any third-party tools either.
