End users with Readers access unable to access the shared mailbox in Exchange 2007
I have created a shared mailbox and end users with readers access are not able to access the shared mailbox
even after the replication for 48 hours.
Error : Cannot expand the folder.
We are on Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise 64 SP2 environment.
Exchange Server 2007
Microsoft Corporation
Version: 08.02.0176.002

You mean you granted them read only access? If so how like the article below?

I have already granted them the read-only access...but problem is with expanding the shared mailbox. Even it does not let me access the properties tab so that i can change the permission levels.

How did you grant tham read only? If you're trying to grant them read access you still need to grant full mailbox rights through Exchange. Can you log into the shared mailbox via owa to verify you set up access correctly?
