Entourage 2008 update to Entourage web services - Folders are missing
I updated a patched Office 2008 Entourage client to Entourage 2008 Web services edition -
after the update about a dozen mail folders are missing - the Entourage 2008 was connected to Exchange 2007 SP1 Rollup 4 -
The folders are not in Exchange when looking in OWA but were under the Exchange Folder on the Mac -
I attempted to restore a database from a previous day, When Entourage starts today, it is starting over like there was no new account-
I renamed the Old Microsoft Identity Folder before I copied the restored copy - I did the entire folder Identity folder, not just files -
I am looking for some quidance on what to look for in Entourage to know if folders are really on the server
What to do to restore a previous version of the database so I can attempt to get back that data -
Mike

Hi
The mails that aren't showed, in the subject field is there a + sign?
If that's the case I wrote a post about it earlier

Hi Mike,
Since
this problem is related to Entourage 2008 ,
I recommend you create a new thread in Microsoft
