Entourage 2008 update to Entourage web services - Folders are missing
I updated a patched Office 2008 Entourage client to Entourage 2008 Web services edition - after the update about a dozen mail folders are missing - the Entourage 2008 was connected to Exchange 2007 SP1 Rollup 4 - The folders are not in Exchange when looking in OWA but were under the Exchange Folder on the Mac - I attempted to restore a database from a previous day, When Entourage starts today, it is starting over like there was no new account- I renamed the Old Microsoft Identity Folder before I copied the restored copy - I did the entire folder Identity folder, not just files - I am looking for some quidance on what to look for in Entourage to know if folders are really on the server What to do to restore a previous version of the database so I can attempt to get back that data - Mike

Hi The mails that aren't showed, in the subject field is there a + sign? If that's the case I wrote a post about it earlier http://www.testlabs.se/blog/2010/03/24/entourage-issues-with-exchange-2007-on-windows-2008/ Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

Hi Mike, Since this problem is related to Entourage 2008 , I recommend you create a new thread in Microsoft Entourage forum, then more people could help you with the problem and more probable to get satisfactory answers. http://www.officeformac.com/ProductForums/Entourage/
