Entourage with Exchange - Calendar Time Zones
I am connecting to exchange server from entourage on my mac. Now when someone enters a calendar event in my calendar or when someone sends me a calendar event, it shows up on my calendar fine but when I open it it shows the start time and end time of a different time zone. The top of the event is says calendar time zone (GMT + 4) and Event time zone (GMT - 6) . My time zone is GMT + 4. I have checked the time zone in system preferences>date and time>time zone and also in entourage>prefrences>calendar>time zone for new events. In both places it shows it as GMT + 4 . Could you please let me know why this is happening. Is there any fix for this.

Hi Joel,
We are having exactly the same problem. Have you found a solution? I have my exchange servers hosts on it so will let you do if we do. For the time being I'll continue to turn up to meetings 7 hours early!

I ran across this issue too and after some research found this hotfix that describes the issue. It occurs when Outlook users send meeting requests to Entourage users, and only when the appointment is a single instance and not on recurring appointments. I have not applied the hotfixAND registry entry yet. Our version of the file that the hotfix replaces is newer than the hotfix, but the registry entry is not set so I need to do that, but then it requires a reboot.
