Hi,
First make sure if the Mailbox exist or not?
If it Exists, confirm the Associated User Account's Location in AD (EMC -> Mailbox Properties -> Organizational Unit)
Then, Adsiedit.msc -> Default Naming Context -> Domain Name -> "Organizational Unit where the User Belongs to" -> You will find the user account there.
If Mailbox does not exist, Most Probably the User account would be in "Users" Organizational Unit..!!

Hi Nair,
The user is no more in AD.
So that is the difficulty now and in the "user" and in the user container also not available. Its really strange. Dont know how to locate it.
But I will get the event every 15-30 minutes (1022)

Hi manjurainbow123,
The Error 1144
means that when Hub server tries to deliver a mail for a user, it gets pointed to a specific mailbox server SG01\MBX01 by a DC and it turns out that mailbox is no more located there.
Please run the “Clean-MailboxDatabase” cmdlet against the database “SG01\MBX01” and check this issue will occur or not.
Thanks,
Evan

I'm seeing the same event, 1022, error 1144, with only one user. The user exists and is active. ADSIEdit shows the homeMDB attribute correctly. The mailbox size is unlimited. The MasterAccountSID attribute is blank but so is every
other user in our org. The SELF permission is in place on the user object. I've run clean-mailboxdatabase. The error has been in the event log for about two months, with a CCR failover, reboots, etc., and it still shows up. Last week
the user's mailbox was moved to a new database. The error, which continues to show up in the app event log, still shows the old databsae, but ADSIEdit, EMS shows the correct mailbox database. There are always four errors, two
for each cas/hub server. Any other troubleshooting things to try?
