hi, According to the NDR, it seems that your affecting message has exceeded the limit of the maximum number of body parts. MaxBodyPartsTotal This limit specifies the maximum number of message parts that can be used in a MIME multipart message. The value is 250. You can see this link for more information about the limit and other limits:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb397226.aspx It is by design and we can't change the limit. You may have a question that how do we calculate in an email, please see below information. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa563304(EXCHG.140).aspx So can you modify the message? Can you spilt the message and attachment into mutiple message and try to sent them again? I think you can send successfully after you do that. thanks,CastinLu TechNet Community Support
