So this is happening in OWA only or in outlook as well?

Is it from one person or multiple people that you having this problem?

Can you create a new mail and send it and copy the body across. Does that also give you the same error?

More of One of our user is unable to see the email body. When clicking on a mail the error are getting is Error: Your request can't be completed right now. Please try again later.

I have tried it in different browsers still no success.

I would ask the same question, does this issue occur in the browser or in Outlook client? If it occurs in different browsers, it's not an Outlook issue, then I would suggest you post the question in Exchange forum to get more specific support:
