Error 0x80040115 when press F9
Hello!!! We run Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003, the past month we needed migrate de mailboxes to a new Exchange server, after that, the outlook client have an error when press F9. (outlook client are in Spanish) La tarea "Servidor de Microsoft Exchange" ha notificado el error (0x80040115). La conexin a Microsoft Exchange Server no se encuentra disponible. Outlook tienen que estar en lnea o conectado para realizar esta accin. The outlook client is "connect" and "send and receive" mails correctly.

Hi Analia, The error code 0x80040115 means MAPI_E_NETWORK_ERROR. At this time, as the Email can be send and receive with no error, please attempt to Download Address Book separately to check whether the error 0x80040115 is encountered. If the error code 0x80040115 is encountered when downloading OAB, please let me know which method the Outlook uses to connect to Exchange Server, RPC over Http or RPC directly? Please also let me know whether only one user or all the users encountered the problem after moving mailbox. If only one user encountered the problem, please check whether the issue can be reproduced on other computer. Please also check whether any errors are logged in the Application log. I have also provided some general steps to troubleshoot the issue: 1. Start Outlook in Safe Mode by running command: Outlook /safe 2. Recreate the User Profile 3.
