Error 0x80190194 when trying to download OAB fron Outlook 2013

Hi guys, i'm having a bit of trouble downloading my OAB changes to the outlook clients, when i do a send an receive on the OAB i get error 0x80190194, and it doesnt matter which client i use.

Exchange 2013 Topology

2 Mailbox DAG

2 CAS

Any idea on what i can try to resolve this, i tried a new OAB but that didnt work, unless i did it wrong :/

Hi,

Please try to run Update-OfflineAddressBook cmdlet to check if you can update the default OAB.

And please collect some related events in application log for troubleshooting.

Then please post the following things:

  1. Get-OABVirtualDirectory | fl
  2. Crtl-rightclick the outlook icon in your system tray, select Test Email AutoConfiguration, uncheck the two Guessmart box and post the results.

Sorry guys, tried both. 

Also the update command works without issue or any error in the event log.
