Error 80040119-501-0-5C0 syncing
I have recently upgraded Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2007 sp1, and all went well till we decommissioned the old 2k3 server, after that, every client using Outlook 2k3 gets the same error: 10:42:29 Error synchronizing folder10:42:29 [80040119-501-0-5C0]10:42:29 The client operation failed.10:42:29 Microsoft Exchange Information Store10:42:29 For more information on this failure, click the URL below:10:42:29http://www.microsoft.com/support/prodredirect/outlook2000_us.asp?err=80040119-501-0-5c010:42:29 Done10:42:29 Microsoft Exchange offline address book10:42:29 Download successful We have searchedevery comment inthe web,but the only "real" solution is to delete and recreate the outlook profile. That would be a good solution for a small deployment, but not for around 300 users.Has anyone had any experiences with this error and hasmanaged to solve it in an easier way? Thanks in advance. Hi Emilio, Here is a similar thread, see if it can resolve your issue: http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1493538&SiteID=17 The 80040119-501-0-5C0 was caused by: 1) There were older system folders that had been homed on the decommissioned Exchange 2003 server that were now not homed anywhere. 2) Some of the valid remaining PF's also did not list a replica on the remaining Exchange 2007 server. The solution is ensured that the Exchange 2007 server had a replica of all of the remaining system PF's. If it still doesnt work, recreate Outlook profile can be the last resort. Hope this helps. Thanks, Elvis
