Hi, For this issue, I suggest you follow these steps to troubleshoot the problem: 1. Do you have Front-end server in each domain, if you have, What is the URL you use to access OWA? 2. As Front-end servers do not support integrated Windows authentication (which includes both NTLM and Kerberos authentication) or HTTP 1.1 Digest authentication. So I suggest you follow this document to check the authentication on your Front-end Server. Here are the documents for you: Authentication Mechanisms for HTTP http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124839(EXCHG.65).aspx How to Configure Authentication on a Front-End Server http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998059(EXCHG.65).aspx 3. Has your front end server installed any anti-virus software ? if you have installed, please turn off it to have a try. 4. Please check the configuration in your DNS server. Here are some related articles for you, hope it helps: Hosting Multiple Domains http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123560(EXCHG.65).aspx 503-Service Unavailable (IIS 6.0) http://www.microsoft.com/technet/prodtechnol/WindowsServer2003/Library/IIS/55f71614-ef1b-4015-b9c8-a42c1e700c25.mspx?mfr=true You receive the "HTTP 1.1/ 503 Service is no longer available" error message when users try to access Exchange 2000 or Exchange Server 2003 public folders by using Outlook Web Access http://support.microsoft.com/kb/840182/en-us If the problem still persists, please feel free to let me know and I will be glad to help. Best Regards, Evan
