Are you trying to log into OWA on the backend or the frontend? If you are trying the frontend, then try to go directly to the backend server and see if it works. Also check you IIS to see if all the virtual folders are there, you can compare it with the working server in domainA. /MartinExchange is a passion not just a collaboration software.

Im tryin to log in OWA into front end server. when i log on into backend server, its working. I have compared all virtual folders setting between exchange server in domain A (which is working) and exchange server in domain B (which cannot log in into front end OWA as i mentioned above), and I found that all the setting is just ok (there is no difference. Some people in internet says that it because the service pack version between front end and back end is different. I have checked the exchange server service pack in front end and in back end, and the service pack is match. Is there anything else that i have to check thanks for the help

Hi, Form-based authentication is turned of on the backend server, right? Also Windows authentication should be set as authentication method. /MartinExchange is a passion not just a collaboration software.

Also Windows authentication should be set as authentication method. /Martin Exchange is a passion not just a collaboration software. Yes, the Form-based Authentication on exchange virtual server is already turned off (disabled), and the authentication methods on exchange virtual directory: basic authentication and integrated windows authentication is already checked too.

Is the Authentication set correct under the http protocol in the Exchange System Manager as well? /MartinExchange is a passion not just a collaboration software.
