Error after accepting an Outlook meeting request (exchange2003/outlook2003)
Hi, I got a user in the company who has (sometimes) some troubles accepting meeting requests. This person is using this as delegate. So not a direct meeting request on her self. When she presses on accept and the choice of "send answer now etc" does not matter in this case, immediately an error shows up (I have to translate the error from Dutch) "Can not perform function because the message has changed". I do actually have a workaround for this issue. I can accept this request but therefore I have to go to the day of the request and from there accept the meeting. Thanks for looking into this problem! Hi, Can you accept the meeting request via OWA properly? If OWA works, I suggest we rebuild the Outlook profile to see if it works. Thanks, Simon Wu Exchange Forum Support

That is a good test. Thank you. I have published the OWA for this user and she will now test the outcome of it. Will get back with an update in 1.5-2 weeks thx

Hi Simon, we have tried to test this but this is not possible. As soon as we create a meeting request trough the normal Outlook and we open this request trough the OWA all options like accepting or denying the invatation are greyed out. Probably due to the fact that trough OWA it is not possible to open other user maps/agenda's? How should I rebuild the Outlook profile? It is something I could try at least. Thanks!
