Hi thanks for your response,I have Only one server install four roles in that except the Edge Transport role.My AD Is having only one DC,I can able to resolve all the names using nslookup.When I am trying to open from the Client mechine still OWA is giving the same above mentioned.Ihad Crate a new mail box and tried to open that ,then it was starting up to Time zone selection screen which wil ask only first time,from the secnd time the new user also displaying same problem.please help me in this, I am totaly sturck up with this errorregards Crew

With domain I meant with AD domains =) Nevermind, your AD seems to be simple...Itfeelslike your AD is not prepaired as it should, and I suspect that you've started withyour AD from scratch...Well, just to confirm:- What is your Forest functional level in your AD (Win 2k Native or Mixed - Win 2k3)? I guess you already have raised the domain functional level to Win 2k Native or Win 2k3... (Actually Exchange would not let you to install it, and warn you anyways)- Did you prepare you AD domain and AD Schema properly?
