Hi, Please try to use the following cmdlt to test the issue.We can get more error informaiton if we use -verbose New-MoveRequest -Identity 'tony@alpineskihouse.com' -TargetDatabase DB01 -verbose Besides, please ensure that you have CAS in the network. Hi Xiu, I did it, and I see a collation problem when attempting a connection by MRS client. My servers name is IKERSERVER, in verbose output I saw kerserver not ikerserver. After I change my regional settings to en-us, now it is running. Regard, Erkan
