Hi Guys, When i click the rules in MS Outlook 2010, Error Message appears "The Attempted Operation failed, An Object couldn't be found." 

We have exchange 2010 but doesn't have any service pack on it. for user i have changed user's outlook profile, windows profile but no change. Error message is still appearing. This is just happening to one user only. Please help.

Hi, try running Outlook in Safe Mode, to determine if this issue is 3rd-party add-ins related:

Press Win + R and type outlook.exe /safe in the blank box, then press Enter.

If theres no problem in Safe mode, disable the add-ins one by one to verify again.

Also, does this user use cache mode or online mode?

Thanks MelonSky for the reple, for me it wasn't straight forward to run these command as we publishing these application inside 2x. But we manage to publish outlook.exe/cleanrules and it worked. Thanks once again.
