Hello, Does the Event 8260 warning event ID also occur with the 8199 and 8206 error ID? These event IDs occur because the Exchange Server cannot save a repeating appointment that has a duration of more than two years (730 days). It does not indicate any issues but only a warning message. We can safely ignore the error event ID or try the following workaround solution: 1. Contact the problematic user and let him delete the appointment and re-create it with duration of less than two years (730 days). Especially for the re-occurring meetings. Thanks, Simon

Yes i found some recuring appointment, but how do i remove that message from that specific mailbox. I tried to find it in the webmail couldn't find anything there. But still i am getting event logs logged. Do i need to use the exmerge to find it.Regards, Ganesh, MCTS, MCP, ITILV2
